About City of Kings

Today, Atlanta's public art scene is vibrant and hugely popular among residents and tourists alike. It is important that the story of Atlanta's original public art is not erased. Beginning in the early 1980s, Style Writing (graffiti) in Atlanta is a locally unique version of the global graffiti art movement that dates back to the late 1960s. Our mission is to document, archive, learn and share the history of Atlanta graffiti.

City Of Kings Atlanta is a award winning short film produced by William Feagins Jr and Antar K Fierce. The film explores the journey of Atlanta graffiti from the 1980s to the present. In the film we speak with four artist from the four decades of the graffiti scene in Atlanta. A feature film is currently being considered.
